Z04SCC - Summer Camp Counselor- Roswell Area Park (Part Time/Seasonal)
The City of Roswell Recreation and Parks Department is seeking Part Time Seasonal Summer Camp Counselors for Roswell Area Park.
This position is only for summer. Responsible for the direct supervision of campers. Duties would include some creative planning, implementation of activities, arts & crafts and special events.
Ability to take directions, problem solving, and being creative in multiple aspects. Must work well in large and small group settings and with children. All camp counselors assist in setting the tone and energy for camp and the campers. Ability to work with camp director, other counselors, and program supervisor.
Counselors must be dependable and work with an energetic and positive attitude.
Working approximately 30 hours per week Monday - Friday. Hours vary between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Prior experience with children is desired. Must be responsible and dependable. Hourly rate of $7.50 - $12.00 depending on experience.
